Hi,
I'm just getting started with MQe but I wanted to ask if it's possible to
connect MQe to the WebSphere V6 default messaging provider? Everything I've
read so far describes how to exchange messages with MQ. My product runs on
WebSphere V6. We are looking into a branch-office configuration with MQe
running on WebSphere EveryPlace Deployment devices sending messages to
queues configured in WebSphere using the Service Integration Bus and default
messaging provider.

Any information would be apprecated,
Thanks,

Hi,

In MQe Gateway QM requires a MQ QM name associated with it to create a
proxy and further objects.
Default Messaging JMS Provider does not allows this.
I guess you can go for Websphere MQ JMS Provider.

regards,
Vijay
